Welcome to She Needs to Know! I have always heard it said that “Women have needs.” The older I have gotten the more I have found this to be completely truthful. Women need family, friends, hobbies, love and many more things. Most of all women need to interact with other women to get information. Women are amazing at being able to disseminate information to each other. It seems to stem from the whole phone tree idea. If I like something then I am going to pass it along to everyone I know and many I don’t know.
This site is dedicated to that relationship women have with each other. This relationship involves teaching each other and bonding over that experience. You will find that each woman who writes for She Needs to Know is focused on giving other women information about a topic they love. Passion for our topics and for sharing them is what makes us write. We would like this site to be full of interaction with other women. Please feel free to comment on the posts that you find interesting. We love suggestions and welcome input from our readers.

Are you an aspiring blogger? If so, here is how to get started with your blog posts through Wordpress:
Log on using your username and password. Click on “Write” at the top and choose “Write a Post.”
Your “Title” will be the main title for that particular post. In the “Post” box, you will include your article. You can use the basic edit functions like “B” for bold, the bullet points, indent, and center.
To include a link, you will need to write the text first and then use the little chain-like button next to the left-center-right buttons. To include an image, you will need to use the little button that looks like a tree.
To the right side of your post, you will see “Categories”. If you do not have a good category for your article listed, you can add one. You will need to add at least one category per post.
You can “Save” your post at any time without publishing. When you are ready to publish, simply click the “Publish” button.
I’ll give you more detail later, but this will at least get you started.
