Janet’s Book Nook

Beginning October 1st The Booknook will be hosting its very own book club. We will be discussing one book a month. The first book we will read is “Songs Without Words” by Ann Packer.

 I will announce the book for the next month by the 15th of the previous month. I will be accepting suggestions for books to read after the initial book. If you have something in mind start posting soon so that we can get a line up in place for those of you who will need to order the books online. I am trying to find obscure books that may not necessarily be part of the top 10 bestsellers.

I will be posting discussion questions the first week and everyone will be able to post answers or discussions. You will also be able to ask your own questions.

I believe that healthy debate can be a very eye opening experience and in no way expect everyone to get the same things from a book. Discussion is encouraged. My only restrictions is that it must remain respectful and everyone’s opinions must be held equally important.

Now is the time to get the first book so that you can get a jump start on everyone else. Discussions will begin October 1st. See you there!!
