I was reading up on another board I participate in and one of the members was asking about tips for decluttering or keeping your home decluttered. I responded and then I thought that perhaps I would fill you guys in on some of the tips that I use daily to keep my house clutter free.

The first product that I use and always have on hand are:

 Ziploc 3 Pack XXL Heavy Duty Big Bag #65645 The way that I use these bags is that I keep two of them by my front door. One is for clothing and one is for toys and household items. When I am cleaning or doing laundry I take any item I want to donate and put it into one of these bags. They are clear so you can see what is in them. They also have a section where you can write on them and make a note of what you are using them for. I use this feature often when I am bagging up items to store in the garage or attic. They also have easy to carry handles. They zip closed at the top just like any other ziploc bag. When I am heading out in the direction of the thrift store I will throw the current bags in the van and drop the items off for donation. Simple - Easy - Neat!

The next item I seem to buy in bulk and use are the:

Disinfecting Wipes  I keep a tub of these in each room for use on small spills and messes. I especially love them in the bathrooms. Whenever I go into the bathroom I will grab a wipe or two and wipe down the counter and toilet seat. This helps to keep things fresh in between cleanings. I can go in once a week with bathroom cleaner and get everything sparkly and then use the wipes to keep it neat during the week.

In addition I also use: 

REFILL,F/TOILET WAND,6/PK The way I use this product is to use the wand and disposable head to clean the toilet and then I store the wand with the head on it in the garbage pail in the bathroom. During the week when I go into the bathroom I will swish the wand around in the toilet to clean anything that is there. Once a week I will do a deep cleaning of the toilet and change out the disposable head on the wand. This helps to make the weekly cleanups quick and easy.
