James Patterson

I just finished this latest book by James Patterson and I have to say that I wasn’t disappointed. The latest installment of the Women’s Murder Club was another great thriller. I love the way that Patterson always has more than one mystery and storyline going on at a time. I also love the way he ties up all of the loose ends by the time the book is done. This one was no different. Several different storylines that are all related and that get neatly wrapped up in the end. I also love that he gives Boxer a love life but doesn’t make it the forefront of the book. He just hints at the issues Boxer has that will always lead to her being alone. His other books about Alex Cross are different in that Alex falls for EVERY female lead in his books and is forever in love with a different women. The Boxer stories aren’t like that. Her love life is secondary and isn’t as "busy" as Cross’s is. Fabulous read and it is one of those books you can knock out in a few days. Ideal for a weekend home in your pajamas.

I can’t wait to read this one. I’m behind on reading the series though and I’m trying not to skip ahead. I am enjoying this series thoroughly though.
