My husband started his own business last year. He does this as a side job and picks up jobs throughout the year whenever he can. He is in construction and so much about this profession is word of mouth. People want to know that the person they are getting does good work and they want to see their work. The majority of his jobs come from people he has done work for in the past. We have been starting to create promotional items and business products that we can give to people who have gotten work done by our company. A few weeks ago we had a trucking company deliver several loads of dirt to our home and a couple days after I had paid for the service I recieved a Thank You card in the mail. I thought this was fabulous! What bettter way to make people feel like you appreciate the fact that they chose you to do their work? So I started to research places that I can have Business Thank You Cards made for our business. I went to Cards Direct and found the nicest cards. Here is the one that I liked the most. It is simple and yet classy and I was able to edit the wording the way that I want as well as including the company name on the inside. The outside is a simple gold foil Thank You in fancy writing. It was the inside that I really liked.
These cards made me realize how very important it is to make customers feel as though you are thankful for their business. I have seen so many businesses lately who treat customers as though they should be lucky to get a product or service. This is so far from the truth. These days people have the ability to find want they want anywhere and everywhere so those businesses who respect their customers and treat them right will be the ones who stay in business.
