It was early February 2007 and I was doing research for the Disney vacation I was planning. I started out just googling Disney and somehow I ended up on the DIS boards. After a while I made it down to the Rewards section of Disboards and this is where my life changed. I know, you laugh and say "How could a website change your life?" Well it did. I found some posts that referred to Sunshine Rewards. I was certain that there had to be some gimmick but I decided to try it out and see what they had to offer. By the time I left for my October 2007 trip I had $700 in WDW gift cards to use on my trip that I had earned on SR. I earned another $300 or so in time for our December trip. I also found a group of friends that I could talk to. I spend a little (ok a lot) of time on the forums everyday checking in with everyone and also finding out what is working and what isn’t. The premise is that you can earn money through SR by shopping through their links. You get exclusive coupons and deals. Another way to earn money is by doing Daily Surveys. These pay around .80 a day and can add up when you do them everyday. SR also pays bonuses for the number of surveys completed. SR also has paid clicks, games, contests, paid and freebie offers that can be used to make earnings. There are so many options that just about anyone can earn based upon the amount of time they have to contribute to the site. If you are interested in the site there is a banner on my side bar that you can click that will take you there. I am on the forums over there and would love to answer questions. make sure that you sign up for the site first and the forum second but read through the forum before you start to earn. There is a little finesse needed but the forums teach you everything you need to know. One of the best things is that you don”t have to be a Disney lover to do SR. There are many, many other options for cashing out. Some of these options are for retail stores, restauraunts, and also paypal. Good luck!

I totally agree about Sunshine Rewards. It has helped fund our WDW vacation this year. I’m super pumped.

I have to third this vote. I became a member when I lost my job and 1000.00 later I am paying for a cruise.

I signed up for a different type of survey system and found it very frustrating. I think it was a different one, not related to Disney, however, I found I had to spend time answering a lot of questions and then when I finished it would tell me I was not eligible for taking that survey.
I know I tried two or three separate times for about 45 minutes each time to answer the daily survey for 80 cents and each time. Each time I was rejected.
That was the last time I did that. Is this the same kind of deal? I find if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Whle I agree that thre is no “free money” SR is just like anything else. You will make money in direct correlation to how much time you put in to the site. There are several ways to make money. Surveys being just one of them. While I won’t say that it doesn’t take time, I will say that it does pay. If you look at my banner in my left side bar you can see that I have made 1200.00 in a year. Not bad considering that it was money made by spending some time and shopping for things I was already going to buy. I am not sure that these sites are for everyone but I can tell you that I love it. It allows me to be home with my kids and stil finance my vacations.

I also am a Sunshine Rewards fan. I’ve not made nearly as much as you have Janet, but considering I do very little online shopping, I’m super pleased with my earnings too. It paid for all the extras during our trip to Disney in December and I’m now saving so that we can make another trip in August even more special for my daughter who will be celebrating her 8th birthday.
