I have told you guys before that one of the tools that I use in my Disney planning is something called the Passporter. I wanted to clarify for you guys about what exactly that is. I can only vouch for the Disney portion of this service because I have never used the other parts but I do know that they have information for many many locations.
The best part of Passporter is the actual book. I have the Deluxe version so I just order refills every year. The book comes with all of the information you could possibly want to know about planning for Disney. It has sections for hotels, food, parks, and budgeting. There are worksheets for your planning. My favorite are the yellow pockets that you can use to store all of your paperwork, receipts, tickets and anything you might want to bring. I create one for each day that I will be there and note the events for that day on them and then I can bring those with me to the parks. It will have my confirmation numbers for my reservations for dinner or lunch and it also tells me what I am doing when.
They also have a fabulous website with loads more of information. The website covers all of the different destinations that they cover. The website also has a place to order all of your passporter materials. They have a wide library of e-books that you can order and download automatically. I just ordered the Disney Character ebook which gives me a list of every imaginable character and where you can find them and when. It is so cute and fun to read.
I highly recommend this for anyone who is a vacation planner to the nth degree like I am. It truly is a great resource for making sure that everything runs smoothly on your trip and that you don’t lose anything important. Enjoy!
