From Amy Cuzzort - dedicated fan

Stephanie: Sorry to hear that some idiot violated your rights and released an unauthorized version of Midnight Sun. It is my prayer that this will not deter you from continuing this enchanting saga. I, among your many devoted fans hope you will not let this rude individual keep you from continuing this enthralling beautiful Twilight series. We ( especially me) are all anxiously hoping you will
continue this series telling the story(ies) about how life progresses for Bella & Edward, Renesmee & Jacob, Leah, and the rest of the Cullens and the pack as well as the development of the relationship between the amazons and Renesmee. The story just feels incomplete - there is so much more to discover about the lives, developments, and loves of these most special people. I know that many authors leave things off at an end that leaves the reader to wonder and try to imagine how the story ended; that it is part of the mystery. But, it seem so wrong to leave things off here with the readers yearning to see how these special people move along into their own stories. Renesmee is so special and it drives our desire to know more of this child and the ones she loves and what becomes of them as they grow. Will she and Jacob marry - be able to have children? Also, the mystery of Leah is particularly interesting. Does she ever find love, contentment, completness.....? Please don't stop here, there is just to much wonderful story to tell, and Stephanie you are absolutely the most wonderful and gifted storyteller I have had the good fortune to read. Believe me I am an avid reader of vampire, immortal, shapeshifter legends and have read ALL of the best, including Anne Rice whom I just love with her romantic Louis and Lestat and the Mayfair Witches, etc. and Stephanie, you are by far the most enthralling and breathtaking storyteller I have ever read. More please..........please!

I am still finishing the last book. I was on her site the other day when I read this news. I'm very sad. Somewhat selfishly because I didn't want this fourth one to be the last one! But as an author, I too would be upset over this breach.

I understand why she's upset too. I actually printed some online news articles and we read about this in class this week as I have several students who enjoy this series. They are all distraught.
