I have noticed that for the past week I have had huge issues with sleeping at night. I either can’t sleep or when I do fall asleep I am back up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep. I sit there and watch late night television. Can I tell you how many commercials they show at that time of night for weight loss pills and get rich schemes? I tried cutting down on my caffeine during the day. I also have tried to take sleep aids. The problem is that I wake up with a really heavy head.
I decided to try exercising and seeing if that helps. I need to start getting in shape for my Disney trips and all of that walking so hopefully I can kill two birds with one stone. I have heard that regular exercise can help to regulate your sleep. Maybe I will wear myself out and have no choice but to fall asleep and stay asleep every night. Wish me luck!

Walking will definitely help. I try to exercise after dinner because it helps me sleep at night when I exercise later rather than earlier. Hope you see a difference.
I need to hit the gym. (Hard. Repeatedly. Poor gym.) Taking my son to Tae Kwon Do tonight; tomorrow, it’s my night to sweat. Don’t know about sleep, but exercise does release lovely endorphins. Hard to remember that long enough to get through a workout, though!
