		<description>I need to hit the gym. (Hard. Repeatedly. Poor gym.) Taking my son to Tae Kwon Do tonight; tomorrow, it&#039;s my night to sweat. Don&#039;t know about sleep, but exercise does release lovely endorphins. Hard to remember that long enough to get through a workout, though!</description>

		<description>Walking will definitely help.  I try to exercise after dinner because it helps me sleep at night when I exercise later rather than earlier.  Hope you see a difference.</description>
