I loved the whole series, I just jumped on this bandwagon the last few weeks and read all 4 books quickly, and then reread a lot of them as well as Stephanie Meyers partial online novel, "Midnight Sun". I can't wait for the Twilight movie, although I never like movies of my favorite books, this one looks promising.

Back to Breaking Dawn...I really liked the book and I agree with you Janet, that I loved the way Bella came out of herself to protect her child, her husband and her life. She changed from a whiny idealistic child, to a strong woman who would die to protect those she loves.

I also loved the way that Jacob imprinted on Renesemee, and I did guess that it would happen when he kept obsessing on when he would imprint and trying to go out and make it happen. I kept wondering how he could possibly imprint on anyone but Bella...and then it hit me that the baby HAD to be a girl so she could be the object of his imprinting. It worked out so well that he became happy and was still able to love Bella and be a part of her life. I loved the way it all works out for everyone in the end. I guess I'm just a sucker for a happy ending , SIGH.

I also miss the characters and am dying for my daughter who's 13 to finish the series so we can talk about it. We're planning a mother daughter movie night to see Twilight. I'm glad I found you guys, I was wondering if any sunshiners were into this series and then I saw Trisha's post the other day about her "Isle Esme" shirt.

I did feel that Breaking Dawn was the perfect conclusion to the saga as well. Of course, I like everything I watch and read tied up with a neat little bow. LOL!

My biggest problem was that I didn't want it to end. I felt like I was missing something when I got done and had no more to read. I was so into Meyer's world for weeks in a row and then I had no more.

I'm intersted at your reaction. I felt that Breaking Dawn was falling into the sleazy vampire soap opera genre-between Renesme and Jacob writing a chapter, and the document guy.

The only parts I like were Alice, and I like finally getting Rosalie's story.
