Christmas is right around the corner and so I have been looking for books I can purchase to read to the kids before Christmas that are related to the season. While I was looking around I came across the book The Christmas Chronicles by Jeff Guinn which is a compilation of three stories about Santa. The stories included in the book are :
The Autobiography of Santa Claus
How Mrs. Claus Saved Christmas
The Great Santa Search
These stories are certainly fiction but they ring true. They blend together the facts with the stories we grew up with to help teach children just who Santa Claus is. I think this book would be a great addition to any family’s Christmas library. I have begun to cherish reading stories to my children at Christmas time. It is a way to start traditions that we hopefully can carry on for years to come. Enjoy!
