Now that the weather has cooled off a bit we are looking at out meal options for the coming weeks. We love to grill out but honestly it is so hot here most of the year that my husband comes in from grilling with sweat dripping from his face. We love when the cold snap hits because it means we can make our first Gumbo and because it means we can start grilling again. The issue right now is that we are looking for recipes for healthy grilling. I am interested in way to grill vegetables that will make them tasty for adults and children both. I also am looking for ways to grill fish and chicken that will assure they are not dried out quickly. I doubt there is anything I hate more than dry meat or fish. Yuck! Now I am on the prowl for cookbooks and recipes to spice up our dinner options. Please let me know if you guys have anything you have tried that works!
