We are back! Actually we got back a few days ago and I have to say I am happy to be home but man I hate the drone of life. We had a fabulous time while we were there. We got a lot done even though the Disney crowds were higher than what we are used to. I probably won’t go during a peak season again because we like things much slower paced.
We had so much fun spending time with the kids. I realized we really spend to much time in our day to day life going non-stop and not sitting down to listen to our kids. They are really amazing conversationalists. I never realized how much they know. It was so great.
Now it is back to reality and time to get prepared for Christmas. I have spent the last two days getting a lot of my shopping done online. Since I hate crowds I don’t spend much time in the stores. I just shop through Sunshine Rewards so that I can get money back and sometimes free shipping or great coupons and I don’t have to leave my house.
My next task is to try and get the decorating moving. We need to buy a tree and we need to pull down all of our boxes so we can get the outside decorations up this weekend. Is anybody else ready for 2009 to get here? I remember saying that last year at the end of the year and it seems like 2008 flew right by but I really don’t like the end of the year much.
