I started using my Wii Fit a few weeks ago and I have really been trying to use it as often as possible and keeping up with it. I have found that I am growing very frustrated. I work out and then I want to eat non stop. The added exercise revs up my metabolism and makes me want to eat even more than I normally do. I understand that the smart thing to do is to eat items that will help to feed my metabolism and will be easily burned off by my added exercise.
The issue is that when I am hungry like that I am so HUNGRY. I feel like maybe if I check in to one of these new diet pills I might be able to stave off the cravings and then my work outs will actually help me lose weight. If I could find something that just curved the hunger I would be able to do really well with my eating habits. My only concern is that I need to make sure that anything I take is not going to cause more harm than good. I don’t want to lose the weight only to gain a heart condition or some other medical issue.
I just don’t get why eating healthy and losing weight has to be such a struggle.
