I have been noticing that so many people I know are going to Las Vegas these days for weekend trips. I have not personally ever wanted to go and I have to wonder what exactly happens in Vegas? I know so many people who take numerous Vegas vacations a year. What is the draw? I am not opposed to Vegas I just wonder what there is to do besides gambling?
I am not really a gambler so I thought I would find out what there is to do that doesn’t involve paying money to lose money. I quickly found out that Blue Man Group is playing Vegas right now. I suppose one could go and enjoy several really good shows. I saw Blue Man Group in New York many years ago and I love the show. I imagine it would be even better in a large venue like Vegas. There is also a Pen & Teller magic show that is playing right now. I think I could enjoy seeing that one night.
I am sure the restaurants are amazing in Vegas so I think people could spend a lot of time enjoying relaxing meals that they can’t find back at home. I did some research and you could literally eat somewhere different every night for a year and never eat at the same place. The diversity of food choices is amazing. Since we love to eat out we could probably kill some time doing that.
There is also a theme park called Adventuredome that has rides for everyone in the family especially the thrill seekers. We definitely could have a great time doing that.
I guess after reading up on Vegas it wouldn’t be a bad place to visit. I think that everyone could find something they liked about Las Vegas if they did some research and planning ahead of time.
