E-Mealz Success

Now that I have spent a day or two using this system I thought I would check in and let you know what I think. I really love this program. I wasn’t able to do the purchase of all the ingredients needed for two weeks of meals because of financial constraints but I did stick to their plan and purchase the ingredients I needed for dinners for yesterday and today. I opted to choose meals that I could make using ingredients I had in stock already. I made meatball subs one night using ground meat I already had in the freezer. The recipe was fast and easy and my family loved it. My husband even brought the leftovers to work today. Tonight I made Jambalaya using pork chops I had in the freezer and some boxes of Jiffy Corn bread I had around for awhile. I did have to buy some ingredients but they were mostly on sale at Walmart because the menus are planned based upon the sales for the week at the store you choose. I love that the shopping list tells you what you will most likely spend if you purchase everything on the list and those totals run less than $90 for the two weeks I have printed out already. This means less than $100 for 7 dinners for all of the ingredients for 5 people. Considering that up until now we have been a family that eats out a few times a week at $30 a pop we are saving money already. Not to mention that the food is tasty so everyone is enjoying eating the leftovers. This also inspired me to find cheap was to make dessert which we never have. I bought two cans of Walmart brand fruit cocktail and a tub of Cool whip and I had a dessert for two days for less than $5. My son even ate a bowl of the fruit alone for breakfast. I really see that this is a program that I will work great for us. I love that the recipes are easy, don’t contain strange ingredients I have to look all over for, and are meals my family likes. I feel very good about recommending this program to families everywhere. They can be altered to fit your family size, needs and preferences. It even works for people on other programs like Weight Watchers as they have a menu set that counts the points for you. At $5 a month you really can’t afford not to get this. I got my $15 back in the first two meals alone. I like that I don’t have to stress about what I am going to cook. I know what my options are, I have the ingredients in stock and I can wake up and choose which one I want to cook that day. They don’t replay the same recipes week after week or even month after month. I highly recommend everyone at least check it out and you can always cancel at anytime. Enjoy!
