I’m a little concerned that over the past few days I’ve not had any eggs from the chickens. I searched all over the pasture today for two of the chickens, one a little white one that consistently laid eggs in the henhouse, and the other, my older black mama that is the patriach of the group. Its possible that she has a few hatched eggs and is hiding out with the babies till she feels safe in bringing them out, but I know with certainty that the little white ones does not have any babies because I’ve been able to gather her eggs everyday. I know it seems weird to worry about my chickens, but I do. Between the hawks and the coyotes around here, I’m a ibt concerned right now.
