Because of his treatment for skin cancer, Gus lost his leg. The eye loss was from a fight with a tomcat. For being chosen as the ugliest dog, his award of 2 trophies and $1600.00 in prize money which will be used for his radiation and a trip to New York to be on CBS This Morning.
