To Move Or Not To Move

by cindy on July 24, 2008

I’ve always credited the fact that Scatman, my over 32 year old horse, has survived this long because of the mild Florida winters. I really don’t think he would have made it that long in the cold of the Midwest winters. But, its becoming more and more expensive to live in Florida, almost outrageous, and I see no relief in the future. Its difficult to find a place to move with horses, so we have to be careful.

Theres a place in Arizona mountain real estate that really looks awesome. They say there are four seasons, but my guess is that winters are mild. The place looks like a little dream town. Theres sprawling mountains, crystal clear streams and beautiful meadows, all nestled with the convenience of modern amentities. These homes are selling quickly, values are rising, now is the time to purchase. With several highly skilled contractors to build your home just how you want it, this could be the perfect place to live, a little heaven on earth. Homesites start at just $70,000 and homes at $200,000.

If you want to get out the city and do some country living, but you don’t want to feel like you are back in the18th century, you should certainly consider this area. People from all ages have decided that they want the quieter way of life and have moved here. It definately sounds like a good alternative to the hussle and bussle of the city, especially here in Florida.
