How Top Priority Are Dogs

by cindy on September 29, 2008

Obviously saving the life of a dog or for matter of a human, isn’t a major top priority for Governor Arnold Schwarzenneger, California. Recently, a Republican Assemblyman introduced a bill that would fine anyone riding with a dog in their lap $35.00 after recently seeing a driver with 3 dogs in their lap. Now, I’m not sure about anyone else, but I think I would find it a little distracting to have my dogs jumping around in my lap while I was driving. Not only would that not be good for other motorists, but it certainly would not be good for the welfare of one of my pets when I slammed on my brakes and they went head first into the windshield.

While I find it pathetic that anyone even needs a bill in place to tell them not to drive with their dogs in their laps. I find it even more pathetic that Governor Schwarzenneger finds it to be so trivial that he won’t even entertain signing that bill. Disturbing, but not surprising for a governor that cannot even properly say the name of the state hes governor of.

Hey Arnold, next time I’m in California, I’ll send ya a text while I’m driving and putting on my makeup. Maybe you’ll get it, oh ya, that will be against the law next July, to distracting, sorry.
